We have put together answers to a few common problems that you may experience:
I'm over 18, how do I apply?
The system doesn't allow students and guardians to share the same name and email address. To resolve this error, please enter Mr. or Ms. in front of your name in the GUARDIAN section or use two different email accounts.
Do I have to enter an email address for the emergency contact?
No. Please enter email@example.com if you wish.
I applied, now what happens?
You will get an email (if you didn't get an email check your SPAM or Junk mail folder) with your account credentials and another email stating that we received your application. Additional emails will be delivered as your application is process. You may check the status of your application by logging into Maestro and select View Application.
Here is what each status update means:
Submitted - Your application has not been reviewed or we have not received the enrollment packet. [email sent]
New Phila - The New Phila office is requesting records and other documentation.
Berlin - The Berlin office is requesting records and other documentation.
East Liverpool - The East Liverpool office is requesting records and other documentation.
Steubenville - The Steubenville office is requesting records and other documentation.
Pending Review - Special Services - The Special Services department will be requesting records and other documentation.
Pending Review - A final check to ensure all paperwork is submitted is being done.
Processed -We have all of the required paperwork to begin creating a course schedule. [email sent]
Step 5 - High School Only
Complete Credit Check - A guidance counselor will review academic history to determine courses and credits needed.
Schedule Courses - A course schedule will be generate (please note, course schedules can be changed upon request)
Assign IS - An Instructional Supervisor will be assigned. [email sent]
Your Instructional Supervisor will contact you to schedule an orientation.
Once the orientation is completed the student will be enrolled.
How quickly will the application be processed?
Applications can only be processed once we have received academic records. If you wish, you may request academic records (official or unofficial) from your last school and provide them to QDA. A QDA staff member will let you know what other outstanding documentation must be submitted. Again, we can't process applications without academic records.

Step 1: A guardian account must be created. It's important that you use a valid email address so we can provide status updates via email. If you do not have an email address, please visit gmail.com or any other free email service provider and create an account. NOTE: if you are a student over 18 please enter Mr. or Mrs. before your first name.
Step 2: After you complete all of the required fields, select next.
Step 3: Complete all of the required fields for your student:

Step 5: Enter information for the last school your student attended. If your student attended multiple schools over the past two years you may add a second school by pressing the "add a secondary institution" link on the right.
Step 6: You may create a secondary guardian account on this page. You must enter emergency contact information. You may enter your information again if you wish but please add (contact) after your first name. You enter firstname.lastname@example.org if you don't want to provide an emergency contact email address.
Step 7: Please review the terms and conditions and digitally sign.
Step 8: You may upload electronic copies of any of the required documents if you have them. Otherwise, QDA will upload them as we receive them from your previous school:
Step 9: Once you get to this page your student's application has been submitted. If you wish, you may create another application for another student by selecting the Add Student button. The system will automatically pre-fill most of the data to save you time.
Step 10: Check your email. You will receive two emails. The first email will have your account information so you can sign back in. The second email will confirm that we have received your application. After we have obtained all of the required documentation you will be sent a third email.
