QDA will be migrating all enrolled students from the old QDA Learning Management System site ( to our new Student Information System (Maestro -

This change will result in QDA students logging into a new site to access their coursework.

Please note: Students will not be able to access their courses until Monday unless a course is still open from last year.

What will change?

The Student Login link on the QDA Homepage ( - top of the page) will be pointed to the new site.

Access to the QDA LMS will be disabled on Monday.

What won’t change?

(Continuing Students)

Students will use the same username and password that they have previously used:

Username: The student’s first and last name with no space. Example: John Smith’s username is johnsmith

Password: The student’s last four digits of their Social Security Number will be their password. Students can update their password after they login.

(New Students)

Students who have just recently enrolled will use the credentials created during the application process.

Edmentum/Odysseyware course material is not affected by this change.

Calvert has recently updated their Learning Management System to Buzz, but it is not related to this change.

Why are we making this change?

This system will allow students/parents/guardians to have access to large amount of information online. Student progress will be updated nightly, report cards will be available online as soon as they are generated, and access to course material will be streamlined.

Students will also be able to see their hourly attendance, daily attendance, and log “external time” from one system. Additional information about this new system is available below.
