Quaker Digital Academy graduates may have their records sent to a college or employer by using the transcript request form.
School districts may request records for students currently attending Quaker Digital or former Quaker Prep students by sending a records request to records-request@go2qda.org.
We require an official records request or transcript request using the resources above before student records will be released.
