Dear Parents/Guardians,

Mr. Richard Page, a former principal and teacher with 41 years of experience, currently serves as Quaker Digital Academy's Parent Ambassador. He has partnered with “Tuscarawas United Feeding Our Future” to provide residents of Tuscarawas County with an opportunity to receive a weekly “TUFF Bag.”

TUFF Bags include nutritious, easy-to-prepare breakfast items, lunches, and snacks designed for weekends and extended breaks. There is no cost for families to participate in this program.

Quaker Digital Academy's Five Wellness Goals:

  1. Promote mental health awareness and provide accessible digital resources for emotional support, including access to a nurse and a family ambassador.
  2. Encourage physical well-being through fitness and nutrition programs.

TUFF Bag Registration

Quaker Digital Academy is once again partnering with the Tuscarawas United –
Feeding our Future (TUFF Bags) program during the 2025/2026 school year.
TUFF Bags provides K – 12 students with easy to prepare, nutritious breakfast
items, lunch items, and snacks for weekends and extended school breaks.

The TUFF Bags program is available to your child. There is no cost for families to
participate. Food bags will be distributed at school in a discreet and caring manner.

If you would like your child to participate in the program, please complete and return
this form to your child’s school as soon as possible.

Please complete this form to register. You must pick up your TUFF Bag at the New Philadelphia Office on Fridays between 9 a.m to 11:30 a.m.
