Quaker Digital Academy is once again partnering with the Tuscarawas United –
Feeding our Future (TUFF Bags) program during the 2026/2027 school year.
TUFF Bags provides K – 12 students with easy to prepare, nutritious breakfast
items, lunch items, and snacks for weekends and extended school breaks.

The TUFF Bags program is available to your child. There is no cost for families to
participate. Food bags will be distributed at school in a discreet and caring manner.

If you would like your child to participate in the program, please complete and return
this form to your child’s school as soon as possible.

Please complete this form to register. You must pick up your TUFF Bag at the New Philadelphia Central Office (340 Mill Ave SE, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663) on Fridays between 9 a.m to 11:30 a.m.
