This school year, we will begin to implement Remote Testing for End of Course Exams. If instructed, please complete the following form. A form and a practice session is required for each student that is participating in the remote testing. Student must have a QDA Chromebook.

Note: Students who live within 50 miles of the QDA Offices will be scheduled to test at those offices. And, until we refine our procedures, students at larger sites may be scheduled to test at those sites. (Sites may include Stark, Barberton, Warrensville Hts, Poland, Columbus, Dayton and others, depending on enrollment).
