Quaker Digital Academy is seeking qualified Area Testing Administrators to support secure, in-person student testing across multiple Ohio locations.

Compensation: $100 per session

Sessions: Up to 2 sessions per day (approximately 5–10 sessions per month)

Testing Areas: Dayton, Columbus, Youngstown, Toledo, and/or Defiance

Position Overview

Testing Administrators are responsible for ensuring all aspects of the testing process are conducted securely and accurately. Duties occur before, during, and after testing sessions and require strict adherence to testing protocols.

  • Verify testing rooms contain all required materials prior to testing
  • Set up and manage required technology equipment
  • Log in to testing platforms and obtain secure passcodes
  • Verify student identity during the check-in process
  • Collect and secure all mobile phones before testing begins
  • Attend secure testing sessions with the Testing Coordinator
  • Explain test-day procedures and rules to students
  • Maintain a quiet, secure testing environment
  • Monitor students to ensure correct test access and proper login
  • Ensure all testing is properly completed at the conclusion of each session
  • Complete required Test Administrator Training for state assessments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with students and testing coordinators
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Valid teaching license or certificate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Retired teachers are encouraged to apply
